French decree no. 2019-771 (23 July 2019) on mandatory energy reduction actions in tertiary-sector buildings (floor area ≥ 1,000 m²). Requires −40% by 2030, −50% by 2040 and −60% by 2050 relative to a reference year. Specific to France.
