Is this a subscription? Will I be charged monthly?
No. It’s a one-time payment. You pay once and get time-limited access (30, 90 or 180 days). No auto-renewal, no surprises.
If I fail the exam, does the pack expire?
If your access window is still open, you keep using it — no extra cost. If it’s expired, you can top up with the 1-month pack at €9.
Are these the actual KNX exam questions?
No — and that would be illegal. CertifBus is an independent training tool, not affiliated with the KNX Association. Our questions are original, built on the same public KNX standard concepts the exam covers. Same format, same scoring, different questions.
What happens right after I pay?
After payment, the confirmation page shows your access status. Sign in with the email address used at checkout; when needed, follow the sign-in link sent by email.
Can I get a refund if it’s not right for me?
Yes. Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked — as long as you haven’t started your first timed mock exam. Once you launch one, we consider the service used. Just reach out through the contact form. Learning mode doesn’t count — only the timed mock exam does.
What does the free trial include?
The trial offers a 10-question session with no sign-up, in learning or mock exam mode. Paid access opens the KNX Basic practice bank and full mock exams for your chosen duration.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Stripe automatically generates an invoice after payment; you can add your company name and VAT number. CertifBus does not charge VAT: the amount you pay is the final price.
