2. Independence and trademarks
CertifBus is an independent preparation and training tool. KNX and Loxone are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on this site is descriptive and identifies the standards, products or certifications discussed.
CertifBus is neither affiliated with, endorsed by nor associated with the KNX Association or any official certification body. No official association or certification-body logo is used on this site.
3. Nature of the questions provided
The questions and mock exams on CertifBus are original simulations written for educational purposes. They draw on public KNX concepts and cited documentation without reproducing the exact wording of official exams.
Questions include explanations and document references. Some references are publicly accessible; others require course materials from your training centre or access from the publisher.
4. No guarantee of success
The training tools provided by CertifBus do not guarantee in any way that you will pass an official exam. Passing a certification depends on many external factors (training attended, field experience, exam conditions). CertifBus cannot be held responsible for a failure on an official exam or the associated costs (resits, complementary training).
5. Personal data
The service processes your account, practice and payment information to provide your exam preparation. The details of the data processed, the purposes, the recipients, the retention periods, account deletion and your rights are in the privacy policy, which covers the site and the Android app. For any request about your data, use the contact form or the address given in section 1.

Question pages show references where available. To report an error, request an attribution correction or raise a concern about content, use the contact form and identify the question.
7. Changes
This legal notice may be updated without notice to reflect changes to the service or to applicable regulations. The version in effect is the one published on this page.
8. Navigation and purchase journey measurement
With your consent, we use CertifBus measurement, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity and the Google Tag Manager tags (Google Analytics, Google Ads) to understand use of the service. Without consent, the Google Tag Manager container loads in denied consent mode and Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies (see the privacy policy). CertifBus measurement links steps within one browser tab using a pseudonymous identifier, landing page, referring domain and controlled campaign parameters. It does not include your email address or quiz answers in this event log. The identifier expires after four hours of inactivity or twenty-four hours in total. You can refuse or withdraw consent through “Manage cookies”.
Payments confirmed by Stripe are counted for sales reporting and distinguished from test payments. Linking a purchase to a browsing journey uses the context supplied during a consented checkout. Data needed for payment and granting your access is processed independently of this choice.
